Student homes scoops student accommodation ratings award

In April, the Student homes team were delighted to attend the 2nd annual Rate Your Landlord awards, recognising the best landlords in Coventry and Warwickshire. 

Developed as a partnership between the University of Warwick Students’ Union, Leeds University Union and Unipol Student Homes, the platform invites students to rate their renting experiences by leaving an online review about their accommodation, for future student tenants to learn from their experiences.

Students review the entire rental period, evaluating everything from efficiency of repairs and deposit handling to more experience-based measures like the customer service received, overall safety and security of the property and whether the house feels like a home.

Annually, winners are chosen by students at the University of Warwick based on their excellent ratings and feedback from tenants. This year, Student Homes won top prize for ‘Most Improved Landlord’, demonstrating our commitment to helping our landlords maximise their investment in property by providing a high standard of positive, safe living environments for student tenants.
