There is a £99 per tenant and guarantor refundable holding deposit when you make an application. This amount is then credited towards your deposit, or refunded to you if the landlord withdraws from going ahead with the tenancy.
How do I end my tenancy under the upcoming RRA legislation?
Under the forthcoming Renters’ Rights Act (RRA) legislation, tenants are required to provide 2 months formal notice if they wish to end their tenancy. To ensure your notice is valid, it must be clear, in writing, and include key details such as your name, property address, and the date you intend to vacate.

Letters sent by first-class post are deemed to be delivered two working days after posting. A certificate of posting should be obtained from the Post Office as proof of service.

Please ensure your email clearly states your intention to end the tenancy and includes all relevant details.

Notices received before 4.30pm will be accepted as received the next working day (working day excludes weekends and bank holidays) in line with your tenancy agreement.
